Playing
Is Neon Shuffle really free?
Yes. Every game can be played with free Sparks: the 10,000 starting balance, the daily gift of 5,000 and the free refill whenever you drop below 200. Spark packs are optional extras and never required.
Who can play?
Adults aged 18 and over. We ask every visitor to confirm their age before entering. If social casino games are not permitted where you live, please do not use the site.
Do I need to download anything or create an account?
No. The games run in your browser and your balance is stored there too. There is no sign-up and no app.
How are game results decided?
Each result is drawn by the cryptographic random number generator built into your browser. Card games use freshly shuffled virtual decks. We do not adjust outcomes based on your balance, your purchases or how long you have played.
Why is there no autoplay?
We want every round to be a choice you make. Leaving autoplay out keeps the pace in your hands.
Sparks and purchases
What are Sparks?
Sparks are the virtual currency used in our games. They have no real-world value. They cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes, used in draws or sweepstakes, or transferred to other players.
Can I win real money or prizes?
No. There is no real-money gambling on Neon Shuffle and no real-world prizes of any kind. Success in social casino games does not imply future success in real-money gambling.
What are Spark packs?
Optional in-game purchases that add Sparks to the balance in your browser. Prices start at US$1.99. A pack does not improve odds or payouts, and the Sparks inside it carry no cash value.
Is there a spending limit?
Yes. Purchases are capped at US$100 per calendar month, and they are available to adults only.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled under section 6 of our Terms of Use and the consumer law of your country. If you bought a pack by mistake, contact us within 14 days and tell us what happened.
I cleared my browser data and my Sparks are gone. Can you restore them?
We don't hold your balance on our servers, so free Sparks can't be restored. You will start again at 10,000 Sparks. If purchased Sparks were lost, contact us with your order details.
Privacy and safety
What personal data do you collect?
Very little. We only receive personal data if you contact us, plus standard server logs. Your Sparks balance and preferences stay in your browser. The details are in our Privacy Policy.
How do I take a break or stop playing?
Close the tab whenever you like. A reminder appears every 45 minutes of play. If you want to stop completely, our Responsible Social Gaming Policy explains how to block the site on your devices and how we can block purchases for you.
How do I keep children off the site?
Use the parental controls on your device or browser, and keep payment methods protected by a password. If you think a minor has made a purchase, contact us and we will help.
