1. Who we are

Neon Shuffle, available at neonshuffle.com (the "Site"), is operated by NeonShuffle Limited, 390 Devon Street East, Strandon, New Plymouth 4312, New Zealand ("we", "us", "our"). You can reach us at hello@neonshuffle.com or through our contact page.

2. Accepting these terms

By using the Site you agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, our Cookie Policy and our Responsible Social Gaming Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher.
  • You may not use the Site where social casino games are prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to check.
  • We may ask you to confirm your age and may refuse or end access if we believe these conditions are not met.

4. The service

Neon Shuffle offers free-to-play casino-style games for entertainment purposes only. No real-money gambling takes place on the Site and no real-world prizes are offered. You cannot stake, deposit or withdraw money, and no game result gives you any right to money, goods, services or other items of value.

The Site does not link to, promote or offer registration with any real-money gambling service. Success in social casino games does not imply future success in real-money gambling.

5. Sparks virtual currency

  • Games are played with "Sparks", a virtual currency. We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable licence to use Sparks on the Site. Sparks are not your property and are not money, e-money or a financial instrument.
  • Sparks have no real-world value. They cannot be withdrawn, redeemed, sold, exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes, used in sweepstakes, raffles or draws, or transferred to any other person.
  • Free Sparks are provided as a 10,000 starting balance, a daily gift and a refill when your balance is low. We may change these amounts with notice on the Site.
  • Your balance is stored in your browser's local storage. It is not linked to an account and may be lost if you clear your browser data, use private browsing or change device. We cannot restore free Sparks.
  • We may correct balances that result from a technical error, bug or misuse.

6. In-game purchases

In-game purchases are available. You may buy optional packs of Sparks ("Spark packs"). Buying a pack is never required to play any game.

  • Who can buy. Purchases are available only to adults aged 18 or over who are authorised to use the payment method.
  • What you receive. A pack adds the stated number of Sparks to the balance in the browser you use. It does not change odds, payouts or game features, and the Sparks carry no real-world value.
  • Prices and taxes. Prices are shown in US dollars before you confirm. Your bank may apply currency conversion, and applicable taxes may be added according to your location.
  • Spending cap. Total purchases are limited to US$100 per calendar month.
  • Payment processing. Payments are handled by a third-party payment provider. We do not receive or store your full card details.
  • Right of withdrawal. If you live in the EU, the UK or another country with a similar rule, Spark packs are digital content supplied immediately. Before checkout we will ask you to agree to immediate supply and to acknowledge that you lose the statutory right of withdrawal once the Sparks are delivered.
  • Refunds. Apart from the above, purchases are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise, where a pack was not delivered, or where a minor made a purchase without permission. Contact us within 14 days of a purchase made by mistake and we will review it fairly.
  • Chargebacks. If a payment is reversed, we may remove the related Sparks.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer protection law of the country where you live.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use bots, scripts or automation to play, or manipulate balances, local storage or game code;
  • attempt to sell, trade or transfer Sparks, or offer anything of value in exchange for them;
  • use the Site to promote gambling services or prize schemes, or to advertise anything to other users;
  • interfere with the Site's security or operation, or probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission;
  • use the Site in breach of any law that applies to you.

8. Game outcomes and errors

Game outcomes are generated by a random number generator in your browser. Rules and paytables are shown with each game. If a malfunction, display error or bug produces an incorrect result or balance, the affected round is void and we may correct the balance.

9. Intellectual property

The Site, the Neon Shuffle name and logo, the games, artwork, text and code are owned by or licensed to NeonShuffle Limited. You may use them only to play on the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. The Site does not use the names, logos or brand elements of any real casino.

10. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, change or remove games, features, free Spark amounts and packs. Where a change materially affects Sparks you purchased, we will tell you on the Site in advance where reasonably possible.

11. Disclaimers and liability

The Site is provided "as is" for entertainment. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of free Sparks, or loss caused by events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability to you for any claim related to the Site is limited to the amount you paid us for Spark packs in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.

12. Suspension and ending

You can stop using the Site at any time. We may restrict or end your access, including your ability to buy packs, if you breach these terms, if we suspect fraud or underage use, or if required by law. Because Sparks have no monetary value, no compensation is due for Sparks lost on termination, except any refund you are owed under section 6 or by law.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which NeonShuffle Limited is registered. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring proceedings there. Please contact us first; most issues can be resolved quickly by email.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the current version. Significant changes will be highlighted on the Site. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
