Responsible Social Gaming Policy

1. Our position

Neon Shuffle is a social casino, operated by NeonShuffle Limited, for entertainment purposes only. No real-money gambling takes place here and no real-world prizes are offered. Sparks, our virtual currency, cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for money, goods or prizes, or transferred.

Success in social casino games does not imply future success in real-money gambling. Results here are random and are not a guide to how you would do in games played for money.

Even without money at stake, casino-style games can take up more time or attention than intended, and optional purchases involve real spending. This policy explains what we do about that and what you can do.

2. Who can play

• Neon Shuffle is for adults aged 18 and over. Every visitor is asked to confirm their age.
• We do not design, market or advertise to minors.
• If we learn that a minor has used the Site or made a purchase, we will act on it, including refunding purchases made without permission.
• Parents and guardians: device and browser parental controls can block the Site, and app-store or card settings can require a password for every payment.

3. Built-in safeguards

• Break reminders. A reminder appears after every 45 minutes of continuous play.
• No autoplay. Every round is started by you. There are no timers pushing you into the next round.
• Free Sparks, always. A daily gift and a free refill mean you never need to buy anything to keep playing.
• Spending cap. Spark pack purchases are capped at US$100 per calendar month.
• Clear rules. Rules and paytables are shown next to every game, and results use an unbiased random number generator. We do not engineer near misses.
• No pressure tactics. No countdown offers, no push notifications and no marketing emails.
• Reset option. You can reset your balance at any time from any game page.

4. Spending on Spark packs

• Decide on a monthly amount you are comfortable spending on entertainment before you buy, and stick to it.
• Remember that Sparks never turn into money. Buying more does not improve your chances in any game.
• Keep your receipts and check your statements.
• If you bought a pack by mistake or regret a purchase, contact us within 14 days. See section 6 of our Terms of Use.
• You can ask us to block purchases linked to your email address or payment method. We will do so within two business days.

5. Warning signs

Consider taking a break, and talking to someone, if you notice that you:

• play for much longer than you meant to, or lose track of time;
• spend more on Spark packs than you planned, or hide it from others;
• feel restless, irritable or low when you are not playing;
• play to escape problems or difficult feelings;
• feel drawn towards real-money gambling because of how you do here;
• neglect work, study, sleep or people because of play.

6. Taking a break or stopping

• Close the tab. Your balance waits for you, or you can clear it.
• Use your device's screen-time or website-blocking settings to block neonshuffle.com for a period you choose.
• Ask us to block purchases for you, as described above.
• Because there are no accounts, we cannot lock the games themselves for one person, but we will help you set up the options above. Just ask.
